Overview

MITECH industrial ultrasonic TOFD wedge,used with TOFD probe to effectively reduce TOFD probe wear and improve probe efficiency.TOFD probes and wedges produce refracted longitudinal waves in steel that can be used to quantify cracks through diffractive time-difference techniques and are used for the detection of welds in boilers, pressure vessels and pressure lines. The key manufacturing processes using special equipment and fixtures, as far as possible to exclude the impact of human factors.
